📌 All Sales Are Final
All journal purchases are considered final sale and are non-refundable, except in cases of damage or defects upon arrival.
We encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about a journal, feel free to contact us before placing an order.
🚨 Damaged or Defective Items
If your journal arrives damaged or defective, we’re happy to make it right! Please follow these steps:
1️⃣ Contact Us: Email troystreehouse@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect.
2️⃣ Review & Approval: We will assess the issue and determine if a replacement or refund is applicable.
3️⃣ Resolution: If approved, we will issue a replacement or refund to your original payment method.
🚫 We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Change of mind purchases
• Used, written-in, or altered journals
• Personalised or custom journals
📦 Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by postal services. If your order is lost in transit, please reach out, and we will do our best to assist.
